Alles-is-Chi

Alles-is-Chi is a Tai Chi and Qigong practice offering relaxed group classes in Amersfoort and Leusden, both indoors and outdoors. Led by experienced, qualified teacher Wienke, the practice welcomes beginners and people with different levels of physical ability. Its classes include Zhineng Qigong, Mother Nature Taiji Quan, Zhengti Therapy, and Tai Chi Qigong, which combines Nature Taiji and Zhineng Qigong. A Taiji Qigong PLUS class is available for people seeking gentler practice or support during recovery.

The movements are soft, rounded, flowing, and natural, with attention focused on the body and each movement. Participants work within their own physical limits; no prior ability is required. The practice presents Tai Chi and Qigong as ways to develop balance, focus, strength, flexibility, relaxation, and emotional balance.
