Allex is a brand of Allex Projects GmbH that provides AI-supported project management software for complex, multi-project environments. Its platform brings projects, tasks, people, suppliers, and resources together to help organizations coordinate work and accelerate delivery. Designed for industries including manufacturing, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, and complex engineering, Allex supports both single-project and multi-project management, as well as resource and task management.

Users can gain an overview of project responsibilities, timelines, and capacity, plan future priorities, identify bottlenecks early, and assess the impact of new project requests. Collaboration tools connect internal teams with external suppliers and stakeholders, while integrations with most ERP systems help share project data across departments. The platform supports methodologies ranging from Critical Chain Project Management to Agile, with status indicators to inform planning and decision-making. Allex also offers an AI Assistant that can generate projects, tasks, and resources, alongside an ROI calculator, customer success services, expert consultations, demos, tutorials, and support. Its stated goal is to help project professionals improve coordination, efficiency, and delivery predictability.
