The Alliance Network is an International Non-Governmental Youth Organisation that promotes intercultural education, understanding, and peace through voluntary service. Established in 1982, the Alliance is composed of 50 member organizations, including 34 in Erasmus+ program countries, 6 in Armenia, Belarus, Ukraine, and Russia, and 3 in the UK. In addition, 7 organizations from Canada, Japan, India, South Korea, Mexico, and Nepal are also part of the Alliance.

Each member organization conducts annual programs of International Voluntary Projects in their respective countries and facilitates volunteer exchanges following the Alliance Quality Charter. The network emphasizes the value of volunteering and its educational aspect, adhering to agreed-upon quality standards. Through various Working Groups and Committees, the Alliance promotes its principles and implements its Action Plan, allowing members to have a say in the development initiatives and decisions of the network.

The Alliance encourages active participation at all levels, including volunteers' engagement in projects and community activities, as well as membership responsibilities and cooperation with other networks. With a democratic structure that fosters broad involvement, the Alliance continuously works towards its mission of promoting volunteerism and sustainable development
