Alliance Biblique du Tchad

The Alliance Biblique du Tchad (ABT) is a vital organization focused on translating, publishing, and disseminating the Bible in collaboration with various churches across Chad. Established to enhance accessibility to God's Word, the ABT plays a significant role in local religious communities, helping churches incorporate biblical scriptures into their worship. While not a church itself, the ABT invites local congregations to engage as members and participate in biennial General Assemblies. The organization operates from its main office in N'Djamena, with additional branches in cities like Bongor, Moundou, Doba, and more, and aims to expand further in the future.

ABT's mission is to ensure that biblical texts are readily available and comprehensible, catering to a diverse audience. They promote various initiatives, including Bible quizzes to increase biblical knowledge among the community. Looking ahead, the ABT has set an inspiring vision for 2030, aiming to provide a Bible for every Christian in Chad, thereby fostering spiritual growth and understanding throughout the nation.
