Alliance for Climate and Peace is a dedicated non-governmental and non-profit organization based in Southern Somalia, founded in 2020 by a group of passionate Somali professionals both locally and in the diaspora. With operational offices in Baidoa and Mogadishu, the organization strives to create a safer planet through a commitment to peace-building, environmental protection, and sustainable agricultural practices.

The Alliance focuses on empowering the youth to combat climate change via the Youth for Climate Empowerment and Resilience Consortium, offering training, resources, and funding opportunities to facilitate innovative solutions. The initiative also prepares young delegates to represent Somalia at international climate negotiations, ensuring their voices contribute to global discussions. Through its various projects and outreach programs, the Alliance for Climate and Peace actively works towards enhancing community resilience against climate challenges while fostering a culture of collaboration and environmental stewardship across Somalia.
