Allied ICT Finland is at the forefront of digital innovation, providing a seamless and efficient platform for collaboration in research, development, and innovation (RDI) projects. As a collaboration network of Finnish ICT research institutes and their cities, national ecosystems, hundreds of researchers, and numerous companies, Allied ICT Finland brings together the best resources and expertise to accelerate breakthrough innovations. With 20 universities and research organizations, 12 regional business development organizations, and 51 shared R&D environments, the network covers a wide spectrum of ICT research.

For businesses, Allied ICT Finland offers a comprehensive range of services, acting as an RDI partner and providing access to the entire spectrum of ICT research. The network also serves as a contact point to the Finnish ICT ecosystem and facilitates coordinated EU activities. For researchers, Allied ICT Finland fosters collaboration projects, offers shared RDI infrastructure platforms, and organizes thematic gatherings and events.

The network also plays a vital role in managing external relationships with public entities, funding agencies, governmental authorities, and international RDI partners. Under the guidance of the Management and Coordination Team, Allied ICT Finland ensures operational excellence, maximizes the effect of the network, and provides project funding support and platforms. The National Steering Group, consisting of representatives from each member organization, guides and aligns the network's operations.
