Allies

Allies is a strategic nearshoring partner that helps enterprises build dedicated engineering hubs in Central and Eastern Europe. Its Hub-as-a-Service model is designed for organizations that need scarce technical and domain-specific skills to develop digital products, platforms, and AI-driven operations. Rather than supplying teams as a temporary vendor resource, Allies creates hubs around each client’s products and requirements, with the goal of making them an integrated part of the organization.

Clients define the capabilities they need, while Allies supports the design and establishment of an exclusive delivery hub. The approach gives businesses access to Europe’s talent pool, helps them scale specialist teams, and is intended to build long-term capability and vendor independence. Allies is part of the Reaktor Ecosystem, an alliance of more than 40 companies with expertise across the digital spectrum. The organization works with European companies seeking to strengthen their engineering capacity and grow beyond local markets. Its website features client cases, including work with Basemark, as well as insights and events addressing team growth, engineering talent, and nearshoring.
