Allies in Health is a women-led, bilingual (English and Spanish) public health consulting and training firm serving Tribal Nations, communities, and organizations across the United States and Puerto Rico. The firm partners with leaders to turn community priorities into practical action, strengthen systems, and improve health outcomes through culturally responsive, collaborative approaches. Allies in Health offers environmental analysis, needs assessments, stakeholder mapping, and strategic planning to help partners identify priorities and resources. Its services also include multilingual communication and outreach campaigns; program and project design, implementation, evaluation, and management; and grants and contracts management. The firm facilitates learning collaboratives, peer exchanges, partnerships, coalitions, and community engagement activities such as listening sessions and educational events. Customized training and leadership development help build organizational capacity and support lasting change.
