IMG Academy Foundation is the charitable organization associated with IMG Academy, focused on helping young people build opportunities for their futures through education, personal development and sport. Its vision is to improve lives in communities by widening access to learning and athletic experiences, supporting equity, and encouraging positive sports participation. The Foundation organizes its work around four priorities: empowering youth, improving access and support for girls in sports, providing resources and sports education to people in need, and promoting sustainability.
Its initiatives include the I Thrive Program, which connects student-athletes and community organizations in need with access to IMG Academy services, products and facilities. Through NCSA College Recruiting, it also offers eligible athletes tools and guidance for pursuing collegiate sports, including discounted access for qualifying students through its Seat at the Table initiative. The Women in Sports Committee works to expand girls’ participation and improve their experiences, while the All In Award, partnerships and sponsorships further support the Foundation’s mission.
