Standard delivery entails dispatch and order processing from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. While specific delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed, orders are typically processed within one day and shipped on the same day if placed before 12 noon. Delivery within Ireland takes one to two business days, while international deliveries may take longer. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

All Occasions Hampers also provides delivery to hospitals, universities, and work addresses, delivering to the noted address rather than directly to the recipient. For alcohol purchases, the recipient must be over 18 and will be required to sign upon delivery.

Please note that there may be delays during busy periods, holidays, weekends, extreme weather conditions, and customs security delays. Ensure that the delivery address is correct to avoid any issues, as incorrect addresses may cause delays and will not be reimbursed.

Due to licensing agreements and customs regulations, certain countries have restrictions on alcohol and food item deliveries. Additionally, food items cannot be shipped to China, and alcohol and other liquids cannot be shipped outside of Ireland.

While invoices are typically not included in the hamper, a receipt with the price will be emailed to you immediately upon ordering. For VAT invoices or any other inquiries, contact the All Occasions Hampers team.

Be sure to place your order before noon on March 15, 2023, to have them delivered in time for Mother’s Day in the Republic of Ireland. Hampers ordered after this deadline will still be shipped.
