Allpacare-Akademie is the educational offering of Allpacare Pflegeberatung in Dortmund, led by Patrick Globert, a trained nursing professional and care adviser with more than 25 years of experience in home care. The academy helps individuals and families prepare for German care-needs assessments, where a short appointment can determine how a person’s daily support needs are recorded. Its main offering is the video course “Pflegebegutachtung meistern,” which provides practical guidance for preparing an application, getting ready for an assessment, and reviewing an unsatisfactory decision.
The course includes ten chapters and printable materials, drawing on Patrick Globert’s experience with care assessments. The academy also offers a free PDF guide to seven common assessment mistakes and email updates explaining developments around the proposed 2027 care reform. For families of children with care needs, it provides practical wording suggestions and a children’s course module focused on recognizing and describing support needs in everyday life.
The resources are designed to help families communicate their circumstances clearly and understand the assessment process
