About Are you All Right?
All Right? is a health-promoting social marketing campaign based in Ōtautahi, Christchurch. Since its launch in 2013, All Right? has become a powerful advocate for wellbeing and mental health in Canterbury. The campaign was established to support the psychosocial recovery of Cantabrians after the devastating earthquakes in 2010 and 2011.
During the disillusionment phase of the recovery process, All Right? was launched to address feelings of frustration, fatigue, and grief. Through their comprehensive research program and a conversational tone, All Right? delivers authentic experiences and valuable insights into the challenges faced by the community. Their impact is evident through their evaluation results, with 77% of respondents stating that All Right? messages increased their awareness of wellbeing and 47% reporting actions taken as a result.
All Right? is a collaboration between Canterbury DHB and the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand. They work in partnership with various stakeholders and have a growing network of champions and advocates. Connect with All Right? on Facebook and Instagram to stay updated on their initiatives
