Allround Boxing

Allround Boxing is a martial arts and fitness gym in Alphen aan den Rijn, welcoming people of all backgrounds and experience levels. Its approach brings together enjoyment, technique, conditioning and respect, with a friendly, family-like atmosphere and a focus on helping members improve safely. The gym offers boxing, kickboxing and MMA, as well as pad training and Ladies Only sessions. Adult classes are available for women and men, with eight training sessions each week. Children can join age-specific groups from six years old, with separate classes for ages six to nine and ten to thirteen, plus a competition group.

Training is led by qualified instructors and is designed to be structured, varied and educational, rather than simply tiring. Members can train recreationally to build fitness at their own pace, without pressure to compete, or pursue competition with guidance toward their first bout and beyond. Allround Boxing invites newcomers to try a free training session and provides gloves and shin guards for the trial.
