ALLTORC is an independent and family-run brand that has been serving the industrial market since 1986. Our founder, Bruce Carmichael, introduced California industry to the hydraulic torque wrench after coming from the oilfields of Texas. Originally known as HYTORC of California, we quickly became the go-to provider of hydraulic wrenches.
