the Alltricity Scholarship Foundation

The Alltricity Scholarship Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the future of the electric utility industry through student scholarships and career development. Incorporated in 1999, it received 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status in 2000. The Foundation funds qualified students pursuing industry-related studies, helping reduce financial barriers to education and build a stronger workforce. Since 1999, it has awarded nearly 800 scholarships and invested more than $1.75 million in future industry professionals. Scholarships range from $1,500 to $3,000 or more.

Students can apply for scholarships to pursue careers in an industry shaped by evolving grid technologies, renewable energy, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and growing energy needs. The Foundation also invites individuals and organizations to support its mission through named scholarships, financial gifts, an annual golf tournament, and an auction held at Alltricity Network’s Fall Convention. These programs connect donors and members with opportunities to invest in emerging talent and help prepare the next generation of innovators, problem-solvers, and leaders in electric utilities.
