Alluvion Health

Alluvion Health is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center serving individuals and families in Great Falls and other communities in Montana. Its mission is to create and inspire healthier lives through accessible, affordable, whole-person care, regardless of a patient’s income, insurance, or ability to pay. The organization accepts many public and private insurance plans and offers a sliding fee scale based on family size and income.

Services include primary and preventive medical care, pediatrics, dental care, behavioral health, outpatient substance use disorder treatment, speech pathology, pharmacy services, vaccinations, screenings, and lifestyle coaching. Alluvion also provides school-based health centers, community programs, COVID testing, and same-day appointments for non-emergency medical concerns. Care teams bring together providers, nurses, medical assistants, behavioral health professionals, and care coordinators to support patients throughout their lives. Patients can schedule medical and behavioral health appointments online or by phone, while dental appointments are arranged separately. After-hours medical advice is available by calling the organization, and walk-in care is offered at its Great Falls location.
