AllWell Clinic

AllWell Clinic is a physician-led obesity medicine practice serving patients in Fort Worth and Southlake, with telehealth appointments available across Texas. Led by Dr. Priyanka, MD, the clinic provides comprehensive, evidence-based care for obesity and related metabolic conditions. Dr. Priyanka is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine and has fellowship training and clinical experience addressing insulin resistance, PCOS, metabolic syndrome, hormonal factors, and obesity-related chronic diseases.

Care begins with an in-depth consultation and a personalized treatment plan, followed by ongoing visits to review progress, adjust medications, and support lasting health improvements. Services include evaluation of metabolic and hormonal factors, laboratory testing when appropriate, nutrition and physical activity guidance, behavioral support, and management of FDA-approved weight-loss medications, including GLP-1 and non-GLP-1 options. The clinic does not use compounded medications. Eligible patients may also receive insurance-covered lifestyle coaching focused on meal planning, fitness, accountability, stress management, and behavior change. AllWell Clinic accepts major health insurance plans and Medicare, and offers private-pay options.
