ALMA is a mobile app designed to help freshwater, marine, and planted aquarium owners keep care organized and water conditions under control. It brings measurements, maintenance, inhabitants, photos, and notes together in one place, replacing scattered reminders and paper records with a searchable history. Users can log pH, KH, nitrate, ammonia, temperature, salinity, and other parameters, then review dated entries and graphs to spot changes over time.

The app also supports recurring or one-time reminders for tasks such as partial water changes, filter cleaning, replenishment, and dosing; completed care is added to the aquarium’s history. Owners can catalog fish, corals, invertebrates, plants, and equipment, with essential safety and compatibility alerts drawn from ALMA’s knowledge base. Photos and notes can be kept alongside measurements, making it easier to track an aquarium’s development and share reliable records when seeking advice.

ALMA presents itself as a practical organization tool that helps aquarists notice trends, remember routines, and make informed care decisions
