AlmaVerde

AlmaVerde Village & Spa is a low-density residential and holiday destination in Portugal’s Western Algarve, developed by Elixir Group with a focus on sustainable living. Set across 58 hectares among mature oak, pine and carob trees, the village is near the Costa Vicentina Natural Park and its rugged coastline and beaches, while Lagos is about 10 kilometres away. Fewer than 10% of the site is designated for construction, and the villas combine local architectural traditions with contemporary design.

AlmaVerde says its building system and carefully selected materials help homes stay cool in summer and warm and dry in winter, with low maintenance and running costs. The brand offers villas for sale, holiday rentals and a range of villa designs, supported by buying guidance and building specifications. Guests and residents can use four synthetic-grass tennis courts, access coaching, and enjoy massage and complementary therapies at the day spa.
