Almost Home Dog Rescue is a compassionate organization based in North Wales, UK, dedicated to providing a safe haven for dogs abandoned through no fault of their own. With a robust mission to ensure the welfare and happiness of all dogs, we prioritize rehoming these animals while educating future dog owners. Our vision encompasses a world where every dog lives free from cruelty, abuse, and neglect, with their emotional, social, and physical needs met.

We offer extensive support to adopters and fosterers through qualified dog behavior specialists and experienced volunteers. Our commitment includes careful assessments for placement, ensuring the best matches between dogs and families. Additionally, we are strong advocates against issues such as backstreet breeding, puppy farming, and greyhound racing, working tirelessly to raise awareness and promote responsible ownership.

Through our education programs, we aim to inform young people about animal welfare, fostering a respectful relationship between humans and dogs. Join us in our mission to create a brighter future for all dogs.
