Aloha Nutrition is a functional nutrition and lactation practice supporting mothers through pregnancy, postpartum, and breastfeeding. Its team of Registered Dietitians and International Board Certified Lactation Consultants takes a personalized, root-cause approach, considering nutrition, symptoms, health history, and lab results to help clients find practical support and feel better. The practice aims to help mothers improve energy and work toward their breastfeeding goals, rather than relying on generic advice or short-term fixes.

Services include Functional Nutrition Coaching, which may involve specialty lab testing, individualized nutrition protocols, and ongoing one-to-one support. The Motherhood Program offers support across pregnancy and postpartum, including prenatal and lactation consultations. For focused assistance, clients can book virtual breastfeeding consultations for concerns such as latch, milk supply, pumping, or possible tongue tie, as well as one-time nutrition consultations to discuss topics such as gestational diabetes, lab results, or supplements. Aloha Nutrition serves families worldwide and offers support tailored to each client’s needs, whether they want ongoing coaching or a single expert consultation.
