Alois Assistans

ALOIS Assistans is a Swedish personal assistance provider focused on helping people live according to their own wishes and needs. Founded in 2005 by CEO Jerry Håkansson, the company grew from his search for suitable assistance for his son, who has a disability. That experience informs ALOIS’s commitment to personal, attentive support and to finding the right assistant for each customer.

The company serves customers of different ages, backgrounds and needs, and values diversity and equal worth. Its personal assistance is intended to support greater self-determination and a more enjoyable everyday life. ALOIS also welcomes questions about existing assistance and helps people considering a change of provider. The organisation has offices in Skåne and Blekinge, with its listed address in Ängelholm, and offers employment opportunities for personal assistants. ALOIS is presented alongside NOA Personlig Assistans and NOA Omsorg among its associated companies. With an emphasis on care, persistence and an approachable attitude, ALOIS aims to make everyday life easier while keeping the customer’s preferences at the centre of the service.
