Aloun Farms, located in Kapolei, HI, is a brand that has a rich history and a strong commitment to providing high-quality, locally grown produce to the people of Hawaii. The family-owned farm was established by Aloun Sou and his family, who immigrated to Hawaii from Laos in 1977. Starting with just 5 acres of leased land, the Sou family worked hard to cultivate various varieties of Asian vegetables, green onion, and herbs.

As their farm productivity increased, they began selling directly to major supermarkets in Hawaii. Recognizing the demand for locally grown produce, Aloun Farms embarked on a mission to reduce the importation of fruits and vegetables into the state. They quickly expanded their operations, leasing 880 acres of former sugar-cane fields and eventually growing to approximately 3,000 acres.

Today, Aloun Farms employs 180 people and is known for providing the highest quality of fresh island-grown produce. The farm is also actively involved in community outreach, supporting educational tours and collaborating with the Future Farmers of America program. Aloun Farms is dedicated to sustainable techniques, such as diversification, crop rotation, and Integrated Pest Management, to ensure the long-term success of the company and Hawaii's agriculture industry
