Alpaca Allied Health

Alpaca Allied Health is a Hawthorn East clinic providing culturally and linguistically appropriate care for individuals and their families. Its experienced team offers Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Music Therapy and Physiotherapy, with services tailored to each client’s needs. Support covers areas including autism and social-communication difficulties, speech and language, augmentative and alternative communication, literacy, and central auditory processing. The clinic also provides swallowing and communication management for people affected by stroke, dementia and Parkinson’s disease.

Clients can access care through face-to-face appointments, telehealth, or visits to homes and schools. Alpaca Allied Health offers initial case histories and assessments for new clients, and works with parents and carers to support tailored home programs. The clinic also features programs such as high school and VCE coaching, support for young children with social-communication difficulties, and voice therapy for trans and gender-diverse people.
