Alpaca Health helps families find local, independent providers of applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy for children and young adults, ages 0 to 21. Its network offers care in homes, clinics, schools, daycares, communities, and through virtual sessions, with options tailored to each child and family. Services include ABA therapy for toddlers, children, and teens; support related to autism, ADHD, speech, social skills, and feeding; parent training; and autism evaluations. Therapy may use positive reinforcement and play-based activities to help children build skills and reach developmental milestones.

Alpaca Health aims to connect families with available providers quickly, often within days, and says many families can arrange an initial meeting or assessment within the same week. It works with more than 100 insurance plans and lists coverage across states including Texas, Colorado, North Carolina, and Hawaii. Providers operate their own independent practices and make clinical decisions with families. Alpaca Health supports them with administrative tasks such as billing, scheduling, and insurance paperwork, helping families access care while clinicians focus on therapy.
