Alpakahof Heidemann

Alpakahof Heidemann is a family-run alpaca farm in Bockhorn, founded by Thomas and Nicole after they discovered alpacas in 2018. Following training in alpaca husbandry and breeding, they prepared their barn and pastures, welcoming their first five animals in 2020. The farm now keeps around 15 to 20 alpacas and offers visitors a chance to learn about these animals and farm life.

Its small breeding program has only a few animals available for sale at a time. The owners can also help prospective buyers connect with nearby breeders. Visitors can arrange a range of experiences, including alpaca sponsorships, birthdays, picnics, photo sessions, introductory visits, company events, and private alpaca dates.

The farm’s small shop sells alpaca knitwear and gift accessories, with opening times arranged by appointment. Seasonal products and gifts are also promoted, and the farm attends local events such as the Sterntaler Market in Zetel.
