MIT ALPHA BERLIN BRANDENBURG

Alpha Krav Maga Berlin Brandenburg is a self-defence and safety training provider serving Berlin and Brandenburg. Its programs combine practical personal protection with fitness and are designed for people of different ages, genders, and fitness levels. No previous experience is required, and a rotating curriculum allows new participants to join at any time.

The organization offers age-specific classes for children, teenagers, and adults, including sessions for young children and parent-child training, as well as Krav Maga for women and kickboxing by arrangement. Children’s and youth programs develop movement skills and personal confidence while addressing safety concerns such as bullying, unwanted approaches, and cyber grooming. Alpha also provides violence-prevention courses and training for nurseries, schools, clubs, and social organizations.

Specialized instruction and seminars are available for municipal enforcement officers, correctional services, doctors, ambulance personnel, and firefighters. Personal training is also listed among its services. Classes take place at its Berlin-Spandau training location and at additional school and childcare venues in Berlin and Brieselang
