Alpha Living

Alpha is a long-standing housing association that has dedicated its life to housing and providing sensitive services for older people. We have a portfolio of over 860 apartments in 11 local authorities across the North of England and are always open to new collaborations. Our developments offer residents the opportunity to live independently while having access to a dedicated team of Development Managers and Housekeepers nearby for support and companionship when needed.

At Alpha, we pride ourselves on knowing our residents as individuals, ensuring a personal and caring experience. We are proud of our 88% satisfaction rate in our most recent Resident Satisfaction Survey. As a member of the National Housing Federation and registered with the Regulator of Social Housing, we are committed to providing first-class services tailored to the needs of our current and future residents.

Join Alpha and experience a home where you'll belong and never be lonely again
