Alpha Flag Football

Alpha Flag Football League (AFFL) is a nonprofit youth sports program serving local families and communities in Franklin, Ohio. Its core offering is coed flag football for children in kindergarten through eighth grade, with league activities hosted at locations including Franklin Park, Ohio Stadium, and Franklin High School. The organization says that sponsorship funds and other seasonal proceeds are reinvested in the program to support players’ needs in future seasons.

AFFL also offers opportunities for older athletes. Its programs include high school boys’ 7-on-7 football and the Lady Wolves girls’ high school team, with a girls’ division and travel team announced as upcoming offerings. The league shares registration information, team news, field updates, and rules for its programs through its website. During the flag season, Alpha Sports and Fitness also offers speed and agility training for participants, with registration available separately. AFFL additionally organizes community events, such as a free themed flag football event, and invites people to explore volunteer opportunities and support the program.
