Alpha Progression is a strength-training app and gym tracker designed to help people build muscle, gain strength, and make measurable progress. Available on the App Store and Google Play, it offers free workout logging and a Pro subscription with a 14-day free trial.

Pro can generate personalized training plans based on a user’s goals, experience, equipment, schedule, and preferred workout length. Users can choose or customize their training split, prioritize muscle groups, and adjust exercises, sets, and reps. The app also recommends weights, reps, and intensity targets for each set, adapting guidance to logged performance.

Its exercise library features 795 movements with trainer-filmed instruction videos and form cues. Additional tools include progress charts, personal records, training streaks, workout reports, body measurements, rest and warm-up timers, plate calculations, and CSV data export. Users can also create custom exercises, track workouts offline, and sync across devices. Alpha Progression supports both generated and manually created plans, making it useful for beginners learning exercises as well as experienced lifters refining their training.
