Al Quds Academy for Scientific Research is a non-profit institution registered with the Jordanian Ministry of Industry and Trade as a non-profit company. The academy was established in late 2015 as an initiative by the Munib and Angela Masri Foundation for Development and Al-Quds University. The aim of the academy is to develop applied scientific research, innovation, and support entrepreneurs in various scientific and research fields in the academic sector.

Their mission is to provide the necessary financial support, scientific research, innovation, and entrepreneurship in universities and educational institutions, as well as building scientific and technological capabilities. They encourage transformative applied scientific research and harness it to create and generate knowledge, and utilize it to establish companies and serve and develop social and economic development plans. The academy also strives to provide the necessary infrastructure, such as business incubators, laboratories, equipment, for researchers, innovators, and entrepreneurs in the academic sector.

They also empower faculty members and students to transform their ideas and projects into startup companies capable of creating employment opportunities and contributing to the development challenges faced by Jordan, Palestine, and specifically Jerusalem. By promoting economic, social, scientific, technological, and cultural development, Al Quds Academy for Scientific Research aims to contribute to the welfare and growth of Jordanian, Palestinian, and Arab citizens
