ALRAUDAH

Ar-Raudah Bestattungen is an Islamic funeral service that supports families in Germany following a death. The company emphasizes careful observance of Islamic funeral rites and offers assistance throughout the year, with telephone support available around the clock, including during pandemic restrictions. Funeral arrangements are conducted under the direction of Sheikh Abdelaziz Elkhodary, with a stated commitment to providing a dignified burial in accordance with Islamic law and the family’s wishes.

Its services include collecting the deceased, performing the ritual washing and preparing the body in a kafan, providing advice, coordinating with the cemetery, and preparing death notices. Ar-Raudah also handles administrative procedures, dealings with authorities, death registration with the relevant registry office, and permits. For international repatriation, it can manage the required formalities and documentation. The company provides guidance on burial in Germany, social funeral arrangements, and advance funeral planning, as well as checklists and information about required documents. It also lists several cemeteries, including sites in Gatow, Ruhleben, Lilienthalstraße, and Columbiadamm, and the Evangelischer Neuer Zwölf-Apostel-Friedhof.
