Adapted walks and visits for people who are alone are among its activities.

Alsace Cardio promotes cardiovascular health through awareness and prevention initiatives in schools, nursing schools, and workplaces. With regional health authority approval, it represents patients and service users in hospitals, clinics, and official organizations. The association also shares information through events, educational resources, and its newsletter.
