AltaAI is a Canadian infrastructure intelligence company focused on making distributed data centres easier to design, deploy, and operate. It combines an AI-driven orchestration platform with turnkey modular infrastructure, helping enterprises support high-density GPU clusters and other demanding AI workloads across hyperscale, enterprise, and edge environments. Its software coordinates distributed compute sites as a unified system, using telemetry to balance workloads, anticipate potential failures, and respond to changing thermal conditions and grid availability.

AltaAI also designs and deploys modular data-centre facilities, high-speed network fabrics, and connectivity between enterprise clouds and edge nodes. Its planning tools include digital-twin simulation for assessing airflow, rack density, and network routing before physical investment. Services include data-centre planning, surveys and installation, hardware and pod procurement, and operations optimization, with solutions spanning traditional and AI data centres, immersion and air cooling, micro data centres, and hybrid colocation.

Founded by professionals with engineering and infrastructure experience, AltaAI aims to bridge software and physical infrastructure through intelligent, autonomous operations
