Alta Saska

Alta Saska is a Kraków-based chocolate brand founded in 2012 to bring together regional tradition, thoughtful craftsmanship and contemporary design. It creates chocolate in small, carefully considered compositions rather than pursuing mass production or passing trends. Its original recipes use high-quality chocolate alongside Polish fruits, nuts, edible flowers and spices, with no artificial preservatives or colourings. Selected products are finished with edible 23-karat gold or silver, and packaging is designed in-house as part of the overall experience.

The range includes hand-decorated bars, drinking chocolates, single-origin chocolate and fruit or nuts coated in chocolate. Collections feature candied Polish plums, orange peel, blueberries, cherries and almonds, as well as distinctive regional-inspired flavours such as plum with coffee and cardamom. Cocoa Colors combines dark, milk and white chocolate with fruit, nuts and flower petals. Alta Saska also offers seasonal gifts and custom corporate chocolates, including branded bars, gift sets and pralines in specially designed packaging. Its products have received recognition at Doceń Polskie and WorldFood Poland, including awards for chocolate-covered fruit.
