About Altenburg Arts
Altenburg Arts is a premier arts consultancy firm founded by Lionel Choi in Singapore in 2018. With a strong focus on classical music, our mission is to engage, inspire, educate, and entertain communities through the arts. As an independent promoter, we strive to bring world-class classical music productions and projects to Singapore and the region.
In addition to concert production, we are also involved in music education projects and artist management on a general, regional, and project basis. Our goal is to enliven the artistic and cultural calendar of Singapore and contribute to high-quality local and international classical music programming. Led by Lionel Choi, our team has a wealth of experience and a vast network of music-related connections.
With his nine-year tenure as Artistic Director of the Singapore International Piano Festival, Lionel has established meaningful friendships with internationally celebrated artists such as Martha Argerich, Yuja Wang, and Stephen Hough. At Altenburg Arts, we are passionate about bringing the beauty and power of classical music to audiences in Singapore and beyond
