Altera®Brand Academy is a sports association focused on helping young footballers recognize and develop their individual potential. Guided by the belief that talent is in everyone, the Academy places personal growth at the heart of training, adapting its approach to each player’s abilities, development and needs. Its coaching combines technical foundations with creativity, game awareness, confidence and teamwork, while promoting respect, sports education and positive values on and off the pitch.

The Academy offers structured football training and summer camps, with morning sessions and afternoon work that builds on the techniques introduced earlier in the day. Players explore movement with and without the ball, discuss sporting values with coaches and educators, and gain experience through activities outside the field, including time away from home and opportunities to make new friends. Its staff includes academy coaches, a goalkeeper coach, a performance coach and a talent strategist. The organisation also maintains contact with professional and amateur football clubs and agents.
