Alter Treatment Studio

Alter Treatment Studio is a specialist tattoo and treatment studio based in Warrenpoint, County Down. It focuses on paramedical and cosmetic areola tattooing, scar revision through MCA (multitrepannic collagen actuation), and custom black-and-grey tattoos. Drawing on 14 years of experience in the professional tattoo industry, the studio offers personalised care in a private, welcoming setting.

Its areola restoration service creates realistic, natural-looking nipple and areola tattoos for people following mastectomy or breast reconstruction, as well as breast reduction or uplift, gynecomastia surgery, and gender reassignment procedures. The studio also provides cosmetic enhancement and complimentary radiation-mark camouflage for eligible clients receiving post-mastectomy areola tattooing. Treatment details, including shape, size and colour, are discussed individually, with consultations available to review goals and suitability.

MCA treatment is offered to improve the appearance and texture of scars and stretch marks. It may also be considered before areola tattooing when scar tissue could affect pigment retention. Alter’s custom tattoo work is designed around each client’s needs.
