Altitudo Roma Hockey Sub is a Rome-based team dedicated to underwater hockey, an engaging team sport played underwater on the bottom of a swimming pool. Players use a mask and fins and compete while holding their breath, combining aquatic skills, fitness and teamwork. The club welcomes women and men of all ages, and presents the sport as an enjoyable way to swim, improve physical condition and develop confidence in the water.

The team offers regular training sessions and takes part in the competitive season, including the national championship and international tournaments. Prospective players can arrange a free trial training session to discover the sport and meet the team. Sessions are held at Arvalia Swimming Fitness Club and TSG Sporting Club in Rome, with scheduled evening practices during the week.

For information, visitors can contact Francesco or Paolo by phone or email. Altitudo Roma also shares updates and activity through its Facebook, Instagram and YouTube channels, helping newcomers learn more about underwater hockey and club events.
