Altius Performance Medicine

Altius Performance Medicine is a men’s health and wellness clinic focused on helping patients improve vitality, energy, and physical performance through personalized, physician-guided care. The practice serves patients in Texas, Utah, Florida, and North Carolina, including through virtual consultations and home-delivered prescriptions where available.

Its signature services include testosterone replacement therapy, with injection and topical cream options, and weight-management programs using medications such as Wegovy and Zepbound, alongside personalized nutrition. The clinic also offers health optimization services, including NAD+, Sermorelin, lifestyle coaching, and memberships. Care begins with a consultation and laboratory testing, followed by a customized plan, prescriptions when appropriate, and ongoing monitoring and check-ins.

Altius emphasizes evidence-based treatment, comprehensive support, and lifestyle guidance to address concerns such as low energy, reduced strength, excess body fat, and poor recovery. Its medical team is led by Dr. W. Paydon Newman, a physician whose background includes fitness, nutrition, and clinical training. The practice advises patients to consult qualified healthcare professionals and notes that some therapies may not be FDA-approved.
