Evorpacept is an intravenously administered fusion protein that contains two engineered high-affinity CD47 binding domains of SIRPα linked to an inactive Fc region of human immunoglobulin. It is designed to block the don't eat me signal on cancer cells, allowing the immune system to detect and attack them more effectively.

Additionally, evorpacept can be combined with other anti-cancer agents to leverage immune activation and enhance its therapeutic impact. Our clinical results in multiple oncology indications have shown promising anti-tumor activity and tolerability.
