Alyssa’s Functional Fitness

Alyssa’s Functional Fitness is a personal training and sports performance service focused on helping people move with greater strength, confidence, and ease. Its approach combines bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and intentional movement to build practical fitness for everyday life and support a healthier, happier lifestyle. For athletes, integrated training develops strength and power, speed and agility, balance, and coordination, with attention to injury prevention and sport-specific performance.

Services include personal training designed to improve fitness for daily activities, comprehensive athletic performance training focused on acceleration, agility, and strength, and volleyball lessons tailored to hitting. Volleyball instruction works on arm swing, approach speed, footwork, and shot selection. The business offers both group and private lessons, with client testimonials describing progress in athletic skills, agility, confidence, and readiness for club volleyball. Training is available at Union Performance and the Oklahoma Athletic Center. Alyssa’s Functional Fitness also shares updates about camps and special training events through its newsletter, giving clients and families a way to keep informed about upcoming opportunities.
