About Alzheimer's and Dementia Organization Kenya
Alzheimer's Dementia Organisation Kenya (ADOK) is a non-profit organization established in January 2016 by affected caregivers to raise awareness and provide support for those impacted by Alzheimer's and other forms of Dementia in Kenya. Recognized by Alzheimer’s Disease International as an official chapter, ADOK relies on donations to carry out its impactful work. Their vision is to offer holistic support, while their mission aims to create a society that understands and supports individuals living with Dementia.
With a team of specialists, ADOK offers support programs, counseling, caregiver training, respite care, and advocacy.
