Amada is a community-focused, not-for-profit initiative supporting people living with chronic illness and related conditions. Its work is shaped by accessibility, equality and genuine care, and is powered by volunteers and a shared social commitment. Amada welcomes people with ME/CFS, long COVID and other post-infectious conditions, as well as people experiencing conditions such as fibromyalgia, POTS, MCAS, hypermobility and acquired brain injury.

The brand offers a warm online community where members can connect with others who understand their experiences, find recognition and feel less alone. Its activities include gentle yoga, mindfulness, and training courses focused on self-compassion, relaxation, connection and listening to the body. Sessions are intended to help participants explore what they need and take part at a pace that feels appropriate to them. Amada offers a free community sign-up and a complimentary introductory yoga lesson. Yoga classes are available from €6 per session, helping keep support accessible. Through shared experience and adaptable activities, Amada aims to offer a welcoming space for people navigating the physical and emotional changes of chronic illness.
