Aman Società Cooperativa Sociale is a type A social cooperative founded in 2016 and based in Cagliari, Sardinia. It promotes inclusion, welcome and non-discrimination, working to counter hatred, intolerance and prejudice through practical community initiatives. Aman plans and manages social inclusion and promotion projects, connecting local communities with people at risk of marginalisation.

Its services include assistance with immigration procedures, such as residence permits, family reunification, citizenship applications and Italian-language test requests. The cooperative also provides linguistic and cultural mediation to help migrants access public services, courts, schools and hospitals, as well as guidance with necessary documentation. Its wider work includes social and employment inclusion, vocational training, internships, support for reception facilities and communities, and educational services for children and young people.

Aman organises Italian-language courses, school support, creative and cultural activities, and workshops focused on active citizenship, legality, environmental responsibility and tackling online hate and cyberbullying. Through participatory projects, events and community partnerships, the cooperative encourages positive interaction, learning and social participation.
