About Amanteco
Amanteco Almonds is a family-run brand with a rich history dating back to 1974 when Rino Brochetto, an Italian immigrant, planted the seeds of almond farming in the fertile valley of Little Karoo, South Africa. Inspired by Rino's vision, his daughter Angela and son-in-law Hans joined the venture in 1989, turning it into the only commercial almond farm in the region. The legacy continues with Reni and Stephan, bringing a modern touch to the business.
Reni manages marketing and runs an online shop for small clients, while Stephan focuses on agricultural production and equipment marketing. Proudly situated in the Western Cape, Amanteco's farm, surrounded by the serene Sanbona Wildlife Reserve, produces top-quality almonds cherished by loyal customers for over 15 years. Embracing the spirit of family, dedication, and love for the land, Amanteco invites you to savor the taste of their hand-picked almonds.
