Amantrhit

Amantrhit is a holistic wellness retreat center in Rishikesh, set near the Ganga and surrounded by the quiet of the mountains. The center presents itself as a welcoming, comfortable place for guests seeking calm, rejuvenation, and a closer connection with Ayurveda, rather than a luxury resort. Its approach combines traditional wellness practices with support from a team that includes wellness doctors, yoga teachers, and treatment staff.

Amantrhit offers retreats in Ayurvedic wellness, yoga, meditation and mindfulness, weight loss, and Panchakarma, with programs lasting from one to four weeks depending on the retreat. The center also provides detox experiences, yoga and meditation sessions, Ayurvedic treatments, massage, sound therapy, and other holistic healing services. Some programs include vegetarian meals and personalized guidance on lifestyle and nutrition, as described by guests. The website also lists Ayurvedic retreats in Kerala. Amantrhit aims to provide an affordable setting where visitors can step away from everyday pressures, focus on their well-being, and explore practices rooted in Indian wellness traditions.
