About Adam Roberts
Adam Roberts is a renowned food writer and the creator of The Amateur Gourmet, a pioneering food blog that was established in January 2004. With a passion for cooking, Adam started his blog while he was a law student in Atlanta, searching for a new career path. Despite early kitchen disasters, Adam persevered and honed his skills.
Adam's success led to the publication of two books. His first book, The Amateur Gourmet, is a compilation of essays that documents his culinary journey. His second book, Secrets of the Best Chefs, is a cookbook where he collaborated with fifty famous chefs, such as José Andrés and Alice Waters, to showcase their expertise.
In addition to his writing, Adam has also ventured into the film and TV industry, briefly writing for the ABC sitcom, The Real O'Neals. He continues to innovate and share his culinary experiences through a podcast called You've Got to Taste This and a twice-weekly newsletter.
