Amazon Promise is a U. S. Our mission is to provide sustainable healthcare to the communities in need.

We work in partnership with government agencies, local Peruvian staff, medical providers, and traditional medical practitioners to ensure that women's and family healthcare, community health education, and medical training are accessible to all. In addition to healthcare services, we also collaborate with Engineers Without Borders to install rainwater harvesting systems, ensuring clean drinking water for the communities. Our organization is dedicated to making a difference on the ground, and we welcome international volunteers, both medical and non-medical, to join our experienced American and Peruvian staff.

As we travel to 32 remote river villages, we provide outreach clinics, reaching the most vulnerable populations. Our headquarters in Iquitos serve as a medical care center for patients from the surrounding jungle communities. With our strong partnerships and dedicated volunteers, we strive to improve the quality of life for the people of the Peruvian Amazon.
