Amberger-Barfhof

Amberger Barfhof is a dog nutrition shop and advisory service based in Amberg, Germany, focused on supporting healthy, species-appropriate feeding. The business promotes BARF, a feeding approach in which food components are combined in specific proportions to help meet a dog’s nutritional needs. Its product range includes frozen raw meat and fish, supplements, oils, wet food made without preservatives, and chew items. The shop also offers selected products in organic quality and emphasizes high-quality ingredients.

Recognizing that every dog has individual needs, Amberger Barfhof provides general and personalized nutrition consultations. After gathering information about a dog, it can create an individual feeding plan intended to support appropriate nutrient intake. The business was founded by Denise Gebhardt, whose lifelong experience around animals and interest in canine nutrition led her to train as a dog nutrition adviser and pursue her goal of opening a BARF shop. Amberger Barfhof welcomes customers at its store on Regensburger Strasse in Amberg and offers advice to help owners choose suitable food and supplements for their dogs.
